What to Expect

(Weeks 1-3)
We start by getting to know you and your business inside and out. You'll complete our comprehensive brand discovery questionnaire, covering your vision, goals, values, and target audience. We'll schedule a strategy session to dive deeper into your responses and identify key opportunities for your brand.
During this phase, we also conduct thorough competitor research to understand your landscape and find authentic ways for you to stand apart in your market.

(Weeks 3-5)
With strategy in place, we develop your complete messaging framework. This includes defining your target audience, crafting your brand manifesto, and creating guidelines for your brand voice and personality.
We'll also create 3 mood board concepts that explore different visual directions for your brand. These help us align on the overall look and feel before moving into detailed design work.

(Weeks 5-9)
Once we've aligned on your brand direction, we design your complete visual identity system. This includes your logo suite (primary, secondary, and icon versions), a strategic color palette that reflects your brand personality, and typography selections that work seamlessly together.
Everything is designed as a cohesive system with clear guidelines for consistent use across all applications.

While your visual identity takes shape, we develop practical applications of your brand messaging. This means taking your brand voice and applying it to real scenarios — email copy, social media content, advertising, and other communications.
You'll receive concrete examples and guidelines for maintaining consistency across all your marketing channels.

(Weeks 10-12)
We design your two chosen collateral pieces and prepare your complete brand package for delivery. You'll receive all logo files in multiple formats, brand guidelines, organized asset folders, and everything you need to implement your new brand with confidence.
Throughout the process: We maintain regular communication with structured feedback rounds at each phase, ensuring the final result feels exactly right for your business.
